About our inner Dragon & our ability to Grief.. 🐲 [IMPORTANT READ] We often times feel motivated by Grief to build a big wall around us, not knowing that the bricks are made of the same pain we are trying to avoid. If there is something I have learned about healing in life, it's that our relationship to grief and processing pain, is what determines our ability to 'accept, let go & move on'. Even writing these 3 terms, I already feel a resistance inside of me. Like a dragon that starts yelling that's its weak to accept. That it's victim behavior if we 'let go' . We were raised like warriors right?😤 I certainly still have that dragon inside of me. I acknowledge its desire to protect me and fuel determination when I need it. But if I'm really honest, we are feeding that dragon WAY to much power, and live in a paradigm that endorses us to keep feeding it. When we do let this warrior dragon get super size, we start believing that we are weak if we accept or let go in certain growth spurts in life. That we give up when we decide to not hold onto resistance anymore... And this is were we stay stuck in the same loop for years. A loop full of a false sense of control. Like I said, the dragon does have its say in our journey through life. Because we can't just 'let go, flow and never deal with shit' either. But recognize how the dragon can sit in the way of your allowance to grief for a moment. It can take up all the space you need to feel your hurt because it rather wants you to fight your pain. Resistance does not make you a warrior. Feeling your pain and experiencing every layer of it so you support yourself in transforming it (a.k.a. holding it differently and moving on in life) does. When my dragon starts breathing fire and I feel how I want to fight my pain (or anything that actually points me into softening into that pain), I pause. You don't need to prove to anyone that you are 'not weak'. Try holding yourself through your pain in stead. Because you fucking deserve it. ❤️ I would like to thank my coach @amyyoungco for teaching me about embodied grief last year. 2020 in review🌹: 1. My dream of getting my busi 2020 in review🌹: 1. My dream of getting my business to the point to go Full Time came true 💕 I quit my parttime job in January, when my Saturn Return was exact. I LOVE doing what I do, how and when I desire 😏 2. This year, I have been UNCOMFORTABLE AF, but I also learned how to support myself through the emotions that come up when that happens (and got really familiar with the patterns I have when I want to avoid being uncomfortable)👀 3. 2020 was the year in which I felt most deeply connected to Nature and cemented te fact that I am going to live in Nature when the time comes 🌿 Mark my words 😌 4. This year I learned that a lot can happen in a short time! ⌚ 5. I got to know and support the most wonderful people from all over the world in my coaching container & astrology readings 😍 I love you all! 6. 2020 has been the year I have gone through 2 full journals because I needed to write and process so much 😅📝 7. This is the year in which my hair started to curl and I let out my Wild, fully expressing my mystical, feminine, witchy and intuitive sides. ✨ 8. This year I have been part of a Coaches mastermind, a 1:1 coaching container + a coaching group on Feminine power. The growth is mind blowing 🤯 9. I learned that I am never alone. I've got me. I like spending time with myself and I clearly see my inner child now. I honor what she needs. I've got my own back 🌹 10. Last but not least, I learned that as a full time entrepreneur, you need to plan your own vacation time (which I totally forgot) 🙈 So... Here I am unprepared, taking only my private coaching client calls for this week and NOTHING more. Just chilling, launching, watching Harry Potter (again) and eating lots of good food 🥳 I also learned that our health is DAMN important and often forgotten about. We all got a taste of that this year, and I got a personal 'scary moment' as well that made this realization come in hard. Then I need to fill you in! ♑♒ SATURN is leaving Capricorn and ingressing into Aquarius tomorrow. TODAY Saturn sits at 29 degrees in Capricorn - a critical degree of endings. Saturn, God of time (Chronos) is associated with maturity, responsibility, structure and ambition. It rules the zodiac sign of Capricorn (the seagoat), which is a very responsible earthsign with similar values. Put the two together, and you have some serious growing and showing up to do 😉 When Saturn entered Capricorn 3 years ago, I felt a heavy shift. I have 5 planets + my North Node in Capricorn (including my Natal Saturn) so they have all been asked to mature the last 3 years.. OH BOY It was not always easy (Saturn is not easy, it's concerned with using this life for its intention, no matter how uncomfortable). It can be heavy or confronting. It can also be very cool and rewarding. Saturn closes its chapter in Capricorn, at 29 degrees. When it changes signs, it will feel very different, especially for people with Capricorn energy or other Cardinal placements. How were the last 3 years for you? 👀 A little story from me 😜 When Saturn entered Capricorn dec 19th of 2017, I just moved to my apartment after my divorce, broke AF. Capricorn occupies my 2nd house of money. The next day, on my birthday, I was crying over some relational tragedy of the moment while driving to work and I surpassed the speed limit 😅 whoops, I got fined like 200 euros and cried for a week thinking: THIS ADULTING SHIT IS HARD. hahaha I laugh now, looking back at 3 years of Saturn, together we built a beautiful business 😜👌 Planets in Aquarius? Don't worry too much, but do expect to grow and mature the next 3 years, when it comes to the matters of the planets present in this sign. You can expect to be asked to take radical responsibility. Today, I am deeply rooted in my sacred tools & rit Today, I am deeply rooted in my sacred tools & rituals, as they help me live a soul-guided life. Creating a space to connect with my energetic & astral body, clearing my space from energetic clutter and bringing elements of this physical world forward to ground down in ceremony is really magical. I have always felt drawn to these kinds of practices and rituals, but I also feared the reaction of others. Would my partner at the time understand? Would my best friend think I'm a nutter or woowoo desperate? Spirituality is not about candels and crystals, but connecting with the unseen does come with tuning into elements of the earth.
