A conversation I had with one of my 1:1 clients in my Life Alchemy Mentorship.

-How do I start loving myself?

-How do I silence that nasty, critical voice inside my head that talks down at me the whole day?

-How to be more kind towards myself?

My client said: do I have to compliment myself?? That feels weird.

It does. But yes, we have to affirm ourselves like we would a dear friend..

Last week I was dancing with myself during ecstatic dance and suddenly all kinds of emotions came up.

The first response of my nervous system was to freeze, swallow it down and me telling myself to toughen up. But since I am walking this path of expansion in my life ( and practice every day ) I took a deep breath..

And then, I opened my invisible toolbox for living a conscious life 🛠

First, I affirm kindly ' I am safe'. Repeating this while feeling into my body where these emotions show up. I dance, move, hold my heart, close my eyes, as I allow this emotion to pass through my system.

At first, these kinds of practices seem weird and unfamiliar to your system. But after a while, you will feed your system the feedback that it is safe for you to surrender to your own embrace as you hold space for yourself 🙏

Cultivating a conscious toolbox, self-trust and a life that's in alignment with your Soul in connection to the Cosmos and mother Nature is not for everybody. It requires responsibility and vulnerability.

But wow... if you commit to yourself in that way.. it becomes both medicine & magic 🌿

I look up at father sky wondering why I waste the

I look up at father sky
wondering
why I waste the air I breath
I forget to fly
why I close my eyes and hide my voice
why I pretend not to have a choice
to walk all the way home to my heart
I try sometimes, but
my knees are weak
my blisters bleed
after years of walking far
from who I am
embracing approval as much as I can
I look down at mother earth
wondering
why I waste the soil
I forget to root
firmly into my truth
And as I begin to move my feet through the grass, I hear my spirit speak
She whispers;
Belonging is not found in conformity,
nor does it live in the mask of rebellion,
it lies in the commitment
to trust your soul
to sing your song
My love,
you have wings to use
and the power to choose
yourself...
So I turn,
I heal my feet with each step
closer to home
I wheep and learn there's comfort
in the act of standing alone
together with myself.

W I L D 🐺🌕🌿

I feel a splurge of energy right now, full blown Uranian rebel energy.

We are fxcking domesticated as human beings. I am craving our WILD.

OUR intuition, our sovereignty, our being, our relationship with father sky & mother earth. It's sacred, deep and part of a bigger evolutionary journey.
It furyates me how our birth right to follow our own soul guidance can be thwarted beyond reason because of fear, lust for power, ignorance and sheer stupidity.

As you can tell, today is one of those days where I feel deeply into the witch wound.

Reminding us angels to keep shining our light even when someone else decides to make it more difficult.

The first week of July starts off spicy, with a T-Square in the sky.

Mars in Leo says: I am passionate to move forward!
Saturn in Aquarius (retrograde) says: That’s a bit selfish, I am just reviewing the foundation I’ve built!
Uranus in Taurus says: HAHA, who knows.. I might stir things up for the both of you!

With activating Mars and conservative Saturn in a push-pull dynamic, you are invited to find a happy middle.. Accepting where you are, while also building on your life path.

It can feel a little frustrating, especially when Uranus brings unexpected events or insight.

Remember, the 8 of July Mercury will finally leave its post-retrograde shadow zone, which will give more clarity again🧐

AND.. the 13th will get Mars & Venus together in a conjunction in the Heart Oriented sign of Leo... bringing passion and possible romance 🥰

Hehe.. Mercury turned direct again after its retrograde! But before you act on impulses, keep this in mind:

1.Mercury is still not out of its shadow-zone (meaning, it is still traveling over the part of the zodiac that it retrograded over and is not in new territory yet).
2. In this shadow period, Mercury will meet once again with Neptune, in a square aspect (friction or tenstion between the two). Neptune is etherial in nature and not very 'clear or logical'.
3. The last Eclipse in Gemini invited to perspectives, but the ruler of this Eclipse (Mercury) was still retrograde back then.

Conclusion of these planets in conversation:

The mind will become more clear, but expect some daydreaming and patience in the proces!

As this image so beautifully depicts, this full moon will shower her light on the Mountain top that's home to the Goat Capricorn!

Capricorn, half mountain goat, half fishtail, has 2 interesting qualities:

- However steep the Mountain, this goat will carefully proceed towards the top, relying on perseverance & skill..
- The motivation to accomplish set goals is not necessarily external, it comes from a deep emotional drive, as the fishtail connects to the emotional realm of the water element.

So ask yourself, as you let this full moon illuminate your innerworld:
💫 What does SUCCESS mean to ME?

Can you be present with every baby step in the pursuit of what sets your soul on fire?🔥

Or are you racing to the top.. stumbling along, to reach some 'successful goal that isn't even yours?🧐
